I would like to thank
you for all of yours and your team's assistance in helping MiJa and I purchase our home.
Although I wasn't able to view the home more than the one evening because I had
to return to Michigan, MiJa had the opportunity to work with you closely during
the negotiation and right up to the closing. You did an excellent job
with the negotiation with the sellers and their agent especially with the
delicate work due to the competing offer at the last minute.
We were very happy you were able to get agreement on the
price and terms with the seller agreeing to reduce the price due to the septic
tank. All this just says that you go the extra mile and are an excellent
negotiator and it clinched the deal for us with favorable results.
I look forward to buying other properties with you after we
get to settle in our new home.
We expect to start the move in December and finish in
January.
