Buckhead Home Of The Day

Wednesday, July 29th, 2009 at 8:27am. 545 Views, 0 Comments.

According to statistics, most of the homes on the older streets in Buckhead are traditional 2-story homes. But what makes this area interesting is the number of classic contemporary homes that have emerged over the past few years.

Our choice for home of the day is a dramatic custom home with great open space on nearly 1 acre of privacy.  A huge kitchen, 4Br & 4.5BA, a swimming pool & courtyard make this a rare opportunity to make your own statement.

  • Lots of Flower Boxes – well maintained parks and neighborhoods increase home desirability
  • At a time when every factor counts in a real estate transaction, buyers and sellers alike…

The building is five stories tall with 59 large condos targeting a high-end buyer who needs plenty of space and a great location. It's competing development would be the luxury condos at One Vinings. The majority of the condos in the Greystone sold in 2007 at average pricing around $1.3 million......now you can get one of those same condos for between $200-$300k! Now, I am skeptical that…
