Every now and then I walk into a home and know right away that this place is something special. 650 Bonaventure is certainly one of these homes and with every room I entered I was more and more convinced that someone special needs to own this home.

Built in 1910, our Poncey Highland Home of the Day was the original home of Atlanta’s Griffith School of Music. Absolutely beaming with character, this home is on the National Historic Register and is original down to the claw foot bathtubs and antique light switches.

Plate glass transoms and dark coffered ceiling beams bring you back to the early 1900’s when these features were functional and not just fashionable like so many homes today. And you can be sure this home has been impeccably cared for.

Two wide sleeping porches hint of old Southern charm and the caretaker’s cottage next door would make a wonderful guest suite or study.
